The jewelry looks beautiful and elegant on dark backgrounds with a little reflective features. Silver and gold (image) are very easy to capture in that conditions. Effect filters are kind of old school method used for traditional imaging with film cameras. In the digital photography some photographers use software features to get it. However, is it really necessary? It depends on skills and work methods of photographer. Most of photographers like to use as less digital features as it is possible – the best image is supposed to be the original one. That’s why is good to use traditional filters and enhancements, because all looks more natural and takes less time to do it. Star filters It’s a kind of effect filter, which helps to get small 4-, 6- or 8- armed stars in a blink areas. The best results you can get in the darkness and with black backgrounds.
